Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all applicants and enrolled students of EAD Academy. By submitting an application and/or paying tuition fees, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Students)

  • In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer law, applicants enrolling online are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of acceptance.

  • During this period, you may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund, provided the programme has not yet commenced.

  • Once course access or teaching begins (including online modules), the cooling-off period no longer applies.

2. Deposits & Instalments

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Deposits secure your place in the Master in Implant Dentistry and are deducted from the total tuition fee.

  • Instalment payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay instalments on time may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.

3. Tuition Fee Refunds

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

 

  • Visa Refusal: If your student visa application is refused and you provide official proof, tuition fees (minus deposit and any administrative costs) will be refunded.

  • Programme Cancellation by EAD Academy: If the programme is cancelled or significantly altered by EAD Academy, a full refund will be issued.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests based on medical or other serious reasons will be considered at the discretion of EAD Academy’s management. Supporting documentation is required.

4. No Refund Policy (Strict Conditions)

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

 

  • Withdrawal by the student after the course has started.

  • Failure to attend classes, clinical residencies, or workshops.

  • Voluntary withdrawal for personal, financial, or professional reasons.

  • Dismissal due to misconduct, breach of academic policies, or failure to meet programme requirements.

5. Deferrals & Transfers

  • Deferral to a future intake may be offered at the discretion of EAD Academy. Additional administrative fees may apply.

  • Enrolment is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.

6. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days.

  • Refunds are made only to the original payer and account used for payment.

  • Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable.
